OVERVIEW
Collaborated with the product team and the development team to designed the UI interface of the phone application. Designed the framework of the website help center using Zendesk. Wrote UI development requirements and made communication between the development team and the product team. Did User research in user behavior about how to provide the best user experience on a bank application.
UI Design
Working as a team member in the Product team, my priority is to help design the UI of the mobile phone app. By using Figma, I was able to participate in the design of home pages and most of the settings pages. Since the app is in both English and Chinese, I also did the translation work and some UI redesign due to the languages different.
Help Center Wireframe
By categorizing the most common problems into 8 categories, and then sub-categorize specific questions into different sections, it helps users to find their answers more easily and efficiently.
